什么时候我们也能够这样对并不是我们能够掌控的过错向用户或者朋友道歉？

We just screwed up - badly. Today we sent an email to some of our mySay
users that displayed the recipients’ email addresses. This was NOT our
intention, is not our normal behaviour, and will never happen again.
We are very, very sorry and offer our sincere and abject apologies to you.
